What I suspect is that there are some deep pockets bankrolling Lakin's website and the publicity for it. I suspect John D. Hemenway is the civilian legal counsel Lakin has been consulting, and I think Hemenway plans to use Lakin's court-martial or dismissal from service to re-argue Hollister v 'Soetoro', this time with an active-duty (or dismissed due to the birther claims) service member. The courts ruled in Hollister v 'Soetoro' that Hollister didn't have standing due to (among other things) that he hadn't be recalled. With Lakin, they can argue standing due to Lakin being active duty.

I also think that's why Lakin hasn't been seen nosing around Dr. Orly, Berg, or Apuzzo like many of the birthers have wanted him to do - because he's already GOT his civilian attorney ready.

Troubling evidence surrounding the Deepwater Horizon explosion on April 20th suggests that the incident could have been manufactured.
On April 12th, just over one week before the Deepwater Horizon rig exploded, Halliburton, the world’s second largest oilfield services corporation, surprised some by acquiring Boots & Coots, a relatively small but vastly experienced oil
well control companies.
The company deals with fires and blowouts on oil rigs and oil wells. It was responsible for putting out roughly one third of the more than 700 oil well fires set in Kuwait by retreating Iraqi soldiers during the Gulf War.
The deal itself is still under scrutiny with Boots and Coots facing an ongoing investigation into “possible breaches of fiduciary duty and other violations of state law”
Where this information gets really interesting is with the fact that Halliburton is named in the majority of some two dozen lawsuits filed since the explosion by Gulf Coast people and businesses who claim that the company is to blame for the disaster.
Halliburton was forced to admit in testimony at a congressional hearing last month that it carried out a cementing operation 20 hours before the Gulf of Mexico rig went up in flames. The lawsuits claim that four Halliburton workers stationed on the rig improperly capped the well.

As the New York Times noted on May 26th, “BP officials chose, partly for financial reasons, to use a type of casing for the well that the company knew was the riskier of two options,”
Workers from the rig and company officials have said that hours before the explosion, gases were leaking through the cement, which had been set in place by the oil services contractor, Halliburton. Investigators have said these leaks were the likely cause of the explosion.”
According to a 2007 study by Minerals Management Service, cementing was a factor in 18 of 39 rig blowouts in the gulf between 1992 and 2006.
Another intriguing connection Boots and Coots has to the Deepwater Horizon explosion comes via Pat Campbell, the man BP has employed to cap the well beneath the ruined rig. Campbell worked for Boots and Coots as general manager for many years.
BP has admitted to buying Yahoo and Google keywords in an attempt to control publicly available information in the wake of the catastrophe. It seems that the company is taking all the flack for the spill while the Halliburton link is being roundly ignored.
BP’s prepared testimony briefing, which has since leaked online, also intriguingly notes that the Hydraulic Control System on equipment designed to automatically seal the well in an emergency was modified without their knowledge sometime before the explosion.
“the extent of these modifications is unknown at this time” states the report on page 37.

Possible prior knowledge of the explosion is also evident via huge dumping of stocks and shares in the weeks and days prior to the incident.
Goldman Sachs dumped 44% of its shares in BP Oil during the first quarter – shares that subsequently lost 36 percent of their value, equating to $96 million.
Other asset management firms also sold huge blocks of BP stock in the first quarter. Though the amounts pale in comparison to Goldman’s holdings, Wachovia, owned by Wells Fargo, sold 98% of its shares in BP and Swiss bank UBS sold 97% of its BP shares.
Furthermore, as reported by the London Telegraph on June 5th, Tony Hayward, the chief executive of BP, sold £1.4 million of his shares in the fuel giant weeks before the spill.
In the days before the Deepwater explosion, Obama had announced a new effort to explore for and lease new drilling locations in the deep Gulf and in Alaska. In the wake of the disaster, these plans have been cancelled and BP is taking a PR bashing.
All of which has been capitalized on by the Obama administration to reinvigorate talk of a carbon tax and has created the opportunity to reintroduce the idea of nationalizing oil, which the Democratic leadership has long sought.
The full story of what is happening in the Gulf of Mexico is yet to emerge, there are rumours of more spills and an ongoing coverup. The site represents a $2.2 trillion source of wealth and power, a motive along with a plethora of suspicious activity that needs to be investigated further.

The Pittsburgh Channel reports that an explosion at a gas well in the Marcellus Shale, has forced a mile-wide evacuation in Clearfield County, PA. The irony of this event occurring even as CNBC shows some guy mopping up oil with hay from a bucket is beyond sublime. Also, so much for clear energy. There are no details as yet which company's well was responsible for the explosion, although there are is one junk-bond laden firm which comes to mind. Update: the gas well operator is EOG. Update 2: Elizabeth Ivers, a spokeswoman for driller EOG Resources, said the well has been brought under control, just about 16 hours after it started spewing gas. Spadoni said no one was injured and there are no homes within a mile of the well.

Department of Environmental Protection Secretary John Hanger said today that his agency intends to investigate aggressively the circumstances surrounding a blowout at a Marcellus Shale natural gas well in Lawrence Township, Clearfield County, and take the appropriate enforcement action.

At approximately 8 p.m. on Thursday, June 3, the operators of the well, which is owned by EOG Resources , Inc., lost control of it while preparing to extract gas after hydrofracturing the shale. As a result, the well released natural gas and flowback frack fluid onto the ground and 75 feet into the air. The well was eventually capped around noon on June 4.

"The event at the well site could have been a catastrophic incident that endangered life and property," said Hanger. "This was not a minor accident, but a serious incident that will be fully investigated by this agency with the appropriate and necessary actions taken quickly.

"When we arrived on scene, natural gas and frack fluid was flowing off the well pad and heading toward tributaries to Little Laurel Run and gas was shooting into the sky, creating a significant fire hazard. That's why emergency responders acted quickly to cut off electric service to the area.

Ecuadorian government shuts down leading environmental group
Last Monday, environmentalists were shocked to learn that the Ecuadorian government had shut down Acción Ecológica (Environmental Action), withdrawing the legal status of one of South America's best-known environmental groups. Acción Ecológica has in recent months supported indigenous-led, mass protests and highway blockades against President Rafael Correa's support for large-scale mining.

The lawsuit pits Ecuadorean peasants against Chevron over oil pollution in the Amazon and has been a major headache for the company for nearly a decade, producing a saga that underscores many of the hazards and ethical challenges of oil companies working in the developing world.

The company appeared to gain the upper hand in August when it revealed video recordings — captured on watches and pens implanted with bugging devices — that suggested a bribery scheme involving Ecuadorean officials, and possibly even the judge hearing the case.

But the company was put on the defensive again on Thursday, after lawyers for the peasants revealed that one of two men who made the tapes was a convicted felon. Court and other records provided by the plaintiffs show that Wayne Hansen, the American who helped make the recordings, was convicted of conspiring to traffic 275,000 pounds of marijuana from Colombia to the United States in 1986. He also was sued successfully in 2005 by a woman who accused him of unleashing his two pit bulls to attack her and her dog.

The number of dead birds, dolphins and turtles are increasing at a dramatic pace. While the death and injury to birds, wildlife and marine animals are increasing, suspicions continue that BP is working to enforce a media blackout on photographs of wildlife death and destruction.

Today 31% of the Gulf of Mexico is off limits to any fishing. There is a lot of ocean people cannot access. What people may not be seeing is the massive death and destruction being inflicted on the gulf's marine life, birds and wildlife. Thanks to all for passing on this modest post so others may know. Getting information from Unified Command has been frustrating. For example, when I called the Unifed Command on June 2 if they can provide pictures of dead or injured animals, they promised to call back. I am still waiting for a call.

Columbia helping with oil spill


Columbia Helicopters deploys two aircraft to Gulf oil spill

Columbia Helicopters is pleased to announce the deployment of a second heavy-lift helicopter to Louisiana to assist with efforts in preventing the further spread of the Gulf oil spill.

The helicopters will also assist with clean-up operations already underway.

Working currently under contract to British Petroleum (BP), the two Columbia 107-II helicopters will carry sandbags and other barrier material designed to slow the spread of the oil. The aircraft are also delivering cleaning supplies to crews working in environmentally sensitive areas with limited accessibility.

While the aircraft are currently under contract to BP, the crews of each aircraft are working directly under the command of the Louisiana Army National Guard, which is coordinating the aviation assets involved in this operation.

Each tandem-rotor Columbia 107-II helicopter is capable of carrying loads exceeding 10,000 pounds. Loads are carried at the end of a 200-foot cable slung below the aircraft, and large bubble windows allow the pilot to deliver the cargo with exceptional precision.

Working from several locations in the New Orleans area, each aircraft is crewed with two pilots and a team of four to six mechanics.

An Anchorage federal court magistrate on Jan. 7 authorized the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Criminal Investigation Division to seize computers, files, photos and other records at Chevron's Trading Bay Production Facility and Granite Point Tank Farm.

The Drug Trust is controlled by the Rockerfellers

Nutritionist T.J. Frye notes that the Drug Trust in the United States is controlled by the Rockefeller group in a cartel relationship with I.G. Farben of Germany. In fact, I.G. Farben was the largest chemical concern in Germany during the 1930s, when it engaged in an active cartel agreement with Standard Oil of New Jersey. The Allied Military Government split it up into three companies after World War II, as part of the "anti-cartel" goals of that period, which was not unlike the famed splitting up of Standard Oil itself by court order, while the Rockefellers maintained controlling interest in each of the new companies.

The United Mine Workers had asked for higher wages and better living conditions for the miners of the Colorado Fuel and Iron Company, one of the many Rockefeller-owned companies.

The miners —. mostly immigrants from Europe's poorest countries —. lived in shacks provided by the company at exorbitant rent. Their low wages ($1,68 a day) were paid in script redeemable only at company stores charging high prices. The churches they attended were the pastorates of company-hired ministers; their children were taught in company-controlled schools; the company libraries excluded books that the Bible-thumping Rockefellers deemed "subversive", such as "Darwin's Origin of the Species." The company maintained a force of detectives, mine guards, and spies whose job it was to keep the camp quarantined from the danger of unionization.

When the miners struck, JDR, Jr., then officially in command of the company, and his father's hatchet man, the Baptist Reverend Frederick T. Gates, who was a director of the Rockefeller Foundation, refused even to negotiate. They evicted the strikers from the company-owned shacks, hired a thousand strike-breakers from the Baldwin-Felts detective agency, and persuaded Governor Ammons to call out the National Guard to help break the strike.

Open warfare resulted. Guardsmen, miners, their women and children, who since their eviction were camping in tents, were ruthlessly killed, until the frightened Governor wired President Wilson for Federal Troops, who eventually crushed the strike, The New York Times, which then already could never be accused of being unfriendly to the Rockefeller interests, reported on April 21, 1914.

"A 14-hour battle between striking coal miners and members of the Colorado National Guard in the Ludlow district today culminated in the killing of Louis Tikas, leader of the Greek strikers, and the destruction of the Ludlow tent colony by fire."

And the following day:

"Forty-five dead (32 of them women and children), a score missing and more than a score wounded is the known result of the 14-hour battle which raged between state troops and coal miners in the Ludlow district, on the property of the Colorado Fuel and Iron Company, the Rockefeller holding. The Ludlow is a mass of charred debris, and buried beneath it is a story of horror unparalleled in the history of industrial warfare. In the holes that had been dug for their protection against rifle fire, the women and children died like trapped rats as the flames swept over them. One pit uncovered this afternoon disclosed the bodies of ten children and two women."

As Bealle pointed out, a business which makes 6% on its invested capital is considered a sound money maker. Sterling Drug, Inc., the main cog and largest holding company in the Rockefeller Drug Empire and its 68 subsidiaries, showed operating profits in 1961 of $23,463,719 after taxes, on net assets of $43,108,106 - a 54% profit. Squibb, another Rockefeller-controlled company, in 1945 made not 6% but 576% on the actual value of its property.

That was during the luscious war years when the Army Surgeon General's Office and the Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery were not only acting as promoters for the Drug Trust, but were actually forcing drug trust poisons into the blood streams of American soldiers, sailors and marines, to the tune of over 200 million 'shots'. Is it any wonder, asked Bealle, that the Rockefellers, and their stooges in the Food and Drug Administration, the U.S. Public Health Service, the Federal Trade Commission, the Better Business Bureau, the Army Medical Corps, the Navy Bureau of Medicine, and thousands of health officers all over the country, should combine to put out of business all forms of therapy that discourage the use of drugs.

"The last annual report of the Rockefeller Foundation", reported Bealle, "itemizes the gifts it has made to colleges and public agencies in the past 44 years, and they total somewhat over half a billion dollars. These colleges, of course, teach their students all the drug lore the Rockefeller pharmaceutical houses want taught. Otherwise there would be no more gifts, just as there are no gifts to any of the 30 odd colleges in the United States that don' t use therapies based on drugs.

"Harvard, with its well-publicized medical school, has received $8,764,433 of Rockefeller's Drug Trust money, Yale got $7,927,800, Johns Hopkins $10,418,531, Washington University in St. Louis $2,842,132, New York's Columbia University $5,424,371, Cornell University $1,709,072, etc., etc."

And while "giving away" those huge sums to drug-propagandizing colleges, the Rockefeller interests were growing to a world-wide web that no one could entirely explore. Already well over 30 years ago it was large enough for Bealle to demonstrate that the Rockefeller interests had created, built up and developed the most far reaching industrial empire ever conceived in the mind of man. Standard Oil was of course the foundation upon which all of the other Rockefeller industries have been built. The story of Old John D., as ruthless an industrial pirate as ever came down the pike, is well known, but is being today conveniently ignored. The keystone of this mammoth industrial empire was the Chase National Bank, now renamed the Chase Manhattan Bank.

Not the least of its holdings are in the drug business. The Rockefellers own the largest drug manufacturing combine in the world, and use all of their other interests to bring pressure to increase the sale of drugs. The fact that most of the 12,000 separate drug items on the market are harmful is of no concern to the Drug Trust...

Ludlow Massacre

The Ludlow Massacre refers to the violent deaths of 19 people[1]:42 during an attack by the Colorado National Guard on a tent colony of 1,200 striking coal miners and their families at Ludlow, Colorado on April 20, 1914. The deaths occurred after a day-long fight between strikers and the Guard. Two women and eleven children were asphyxiated and burned to death. Three union leaders and two strikers were killed by gunfire, along with one child, one passer-by, and one National Guardsman. In response, the miners armed themselves and attacked dozens of mines, destroying property and engaging in several skirmishes with the Colorado National Guard.

This was the deadliest incident in the 14-month 1913-1914 southern Colorado Coal Strike. The strike was organized by the United Mine Workers of America (UMWA) against coal mining companies in Colorado. The three largest companies involved were the Rockefeller family-owned Colorado Fuel & Iron Company (CF&I), the Rocky Mountain Fuel Company (RMF), and the Victor-American Fuel Company (VAF). Ludlow, located 12 miles (19 km) northwest of Trinidad, Colorado, is now a ghost town. The massacre site is owned by the UMWA, which erected a granite monument in memory of the miners and their families who died that day.[2]

The Ludlow Tent Colony Site was designated a National Historic Landmark on January 16, 2009, and dedicated on June 28, 2009.[2] Modern archeological investigation largely supports the strikers' reports of the event.[1]

Colorado Ethics and Colorado Scandals

Introduction

August 1 has been marked as Colorado Day to commemorate that date in 1876 when Colorado became the 38th state to join the union. The purpose of Colorado Day is to recognize and celebrate the history of our state.

In honor of Colorado Day, Ethics Watch compiled this list of top ethics scandals in our state history, ranging from election fraud to government-sanctioned racial discrimination and brutality. Ethics Watch produced this list to both reflect on grievous government acts of the past and to celebrate how far we’ve come in raising the bar for ethics standards.

Although the malfeasance of some public officials continues to undermine the public perception of government as a whole, the good news is that increased public scrutiny and accountability has led many public officials to embrace a heightened ethical standard of conduct. Over the course of the State’s history, legislators and regulators have adopted ethics codes, transparency standards and enforcement mechanisms to promote a government that works for its people, not the individual interests of its officials. Like the Coloradoans of history, citizens today should continue to demand transparency at all levels of government and to hold public officials accountable for their ethical lapses. In this way, we can promote a government that puts the interests of all citizens above their own special interests.

Corruption and Fraud in 1904 Gubernatorial Election

James H. Peabody was elected Governor of Colorado in 1902. His first two years in office have been called the most turbulent years in Colorado history due to the virulent conflicts between union and non-union miners. When Gov. Peabody ran to serve a second term in 1904 he faced a formidable opponent, Democrat Alva Adams.

Election-day results showed Adams had an apparent victory in the race and was inducted to that office. Promptly thereafter, former Gov. Peabody contested the election before the Colorado General Assembly based on alleged voter fraud in Denver. Democratic leaders countered with charges that Republicans perpetuated election fraud, including the forging of ballots and various conspiracies in different precincts with poll watchers and ballot box tampering.

The General Assembly appointed a special contest committee to investigate the allegations of election fraud and presented four differing reports to the full legislature for its consideration and approval. One report, dubbed the "Alexander report," recommended that the election results be rescinded entirely because fraudulent election practices made it impossible to distinguish between legitimate and illegal votes.

Pursuant to a provision in the Colorado Constitution, the Colorado Senate submitted questions to the Colorado Supreme Court for guidance on how to resolve the contested election. In addition, the Court conducted a comprehensive investigation of the election that scrutinized every phase of the election process, including registration lists and campaign expenditures. Ultimately, the legislature was tasked with deciding the contested seats and the Republicans prevailed by voting to unseat Governor Adams. Apparently due to animosity that developed between Governor Peabody and some of his Republican colleagues, he was declared the winner but only upon the condition that he resign immediately after taking the oath of office and cede the office to the Republican Lieutenant Governor, Jesse F. McDonald.

As a result, Colorado now has the dubious distinction of being the only state in the union to have three governors in one day.

Ludlow Massacre of Miners on Strike – 1913-14

In the early 20th century, mining company operators including Colorado Fuel and Iron Company and Victor-American Fuel Company, wielded powerful political clout and almost completely controlled Las Animas and Huerfano Counties. Most of the miners there lived in company housing and bought all their food and equipment at company stores.

In September 1913, the United Mine Workers Association (UMWA) announced a strike in the Southern Coal Field because the mine operators would not meet a list of demands, including recognition of the union, an eight hour work day, the right to trade in any store and to choose their own housing and doctors. An estimated 90% of the workforce (more than 10,000 miners) joined the strike. Striking miners were evicted from company housing and forced to move their families to temporary sites, or tent colonies, rented by the UMWA.

Confrontations between striking miners and replacement workers, referred to as "scabs" by the union, often got out of control. The mining companies hired the Baldwin-Felts Detective Agency to help break the strike by protecting the replacement workers and harassing the strikers. Baldwin-Felts used aggressive strike breaking tactics like shining searchlights on the tent colonies at night and spraying bullets into the tents at random, sometimes killing and maiming people.

On October 28, 1913, as strike-related violence mounted, Governor Elias M. Ammons called in the Colorado National Guard to intervene in the strike and force the striking miners to leave company property. In effect, the Guard served as a strike-breaking mechanism. It is reported that company mine guards were enlisted as National Guardsmen. The cost of supporting the Guard became too much for the state and all but two of the Guard forces were withdrawn after six months. The companies that remained were made up mostly of mine guards, paid for by the mine owners but operating under the authority of the State of Colorado.

On April 20, 1914 gunfire broke out in the striking miner tent colony in the town of Ludlow. The colony soon erupted in flames and Guardsmen looted the camps. At the end of the conflict, now dubbed the Ludlow Massacre, 25 people were dead, including three National Guardsmen and 11 children of striking miners. The 1913-1914 Colorado coal strike was one of the most violent strikes in U.S. history.

On May 7, 1914 the Colorado Senate passed a resolution condemning Governor Ammons’ administration for its failure to control the Colorado strike situation and for siding with the mine operators.

Although it ended with the defeat of the union, the Ludlow Massacre brought national attention to the alliance between the state government and private coal operators as well as labor conditions in Colorado coal camps and throughout the United States.

Ku Klux Klan’s Control over State Politics – 1920s

In the early to mid 1920’s, Colorado politics were dominated by the Ku Klux Klan (KKK). In 1924, then Colorado Governor Clarence Morley was a Klansman who was taking direct orders from Dr. John Galen Locke, the Grand Dragon of the Colorado Realm of the KKK. Benjamin Stapleton, then mayor of Denver, consulted with the Klan when making appointments, including the chief of police, William Candlish. The Klan held anti-Semitic and anti-Catholic rallies both inside and outside of the state Capitol. Reputed Klan members Rice Means and Laurence Phillips were elected with Klan support to represent Colorado in the United States Senate, and the state House of Representatives briefly had a Klan majority.

The Klan in Colorado burned crosses on Table Mountain near Golden and on Pikes Peak, creating fear in those they opposed including Catholics, blacks, and Jews. The Klansmen also targeted immigrants from Greece and Hungary and advised members to avoid any businesses bearing "foreign" names.

Klan politicians wielded their power and influence to allocate favors, jobs, and contracts to cronies resulting in a political legacy. Even Klansmen who did not hold office had control of legislators and compelled them to support legislative proposals like firing all Catholics and Jews on the University of Colorado faculty. The Klan also used its influence to dissolve certain state boards and commissions only to replace them with Klan-controlled boards under new names. The Klan also employed agents to intimidate and raid those that opposed their agenda.

Denver, Grand Junction, Pueblo, Canon City and many other towns in Colorado were controlled by the Klan. The only city in Colorado to reject the Klan was Colorado

Springs; the party leadership of El Paso County actively opposed the KKK.

Eventually the political climate in Colorado turned against the Klan and its leaders and by 1925 the Klansmen who held office in Colorado were in real danger of losing power. The United States Internal Revenue Service audited Dr. John Galen Locke in 1925 revealing that he had not paid income taxes in 12 years. This, among other things, led to the belief that the Klan was nothing more than a corrupt money-making machine.

Denver Mayor Benjamin Stapleton eventually dropped the Klan association when it became a hindrance to his political career. He then ordered a raid on the organization in 1925, which exposed the Klan’s criminal activity including bootlegging, illegal gambling and prostitution.

Impeachment of Secretary of State James H. Carr - 1934

James H. Carr was elected secretary of state in 1934 and impeached by the Colorado House just one year later in a 1935 special session for extortion, conspiracy and malfeasance.

Secretary Carr was inaugurated in January 1935. At the time, the secretary of state was the state liquor license authority, responsible for collection of specified taxes on liquor sales and enforcement of state liquor laws. Secretary Carr’s misconduct was first exposed during a state audit of a national wholesale liquor supplier. Secretary Carr was implicated in a scheme with W.E. O’Toole, a colleague of Carr’s and a commission salesmen for various liquor dealers and wholesalers, to solicit a $3,000 bribe from the liquor supplier being audited to settle its tax liability for pennies on the dollar, end the audit and finally obtain its liquor license. It was later revealed that Secretary Carr had been hiring political cronies as auditors in exchange for kickbacks.

Once O’Toole was arrested and the scheme became public, then Governor Edward Johnson called a special legislative session to investigate Secretary Carr’s involvement. The legislative committee’s probe confirmed Carr’s misconduct in dealing with the audit, in addition to other crimes including extortion of a car dealer and permitting liquor companies to operate without licenses. In its final report, the legislative committee recommended Secretary Carr’s impeachment on 10 different counts of misconduct.

After his impeachment by the State House and on the eve of trial by the State Senate, Secretary Carr submitted his letter of resignation on November 12, 1935. Secretary Carr was only the second person to be impeached since Colorado became a state in 1876. In addition to his impeachment, Secretary Carr was criminally convicted of extortion, fined $400 and sentenced to a year in prison.

Burglars in Blue - 1961

In 1961, the Denver Police Department was implicated in one of the worst scandals of U.S. law enforcement in history. At the time, an alarming number of Denver police officers were facing indictments for crimes such as stealing from previously burglarized stores, staging burglaries and safecracking. In one notable case, officers from another county staked out a King Soopers grocery store and caught two Denver police officers burglarizing the store by cutting a hole in the roof and cracking the store’s safe.

In response to the soaring number of crimes committed by police officers and based on the realization that the entire department was rife with corruption, on August 19, 1961, then Governor Stephen L.R. McNichols launched an investigation of the Denver Police Department. One month later, Governor McNichols called a press conference on the steps of the State Capitol and announced the results of his investigation. Denver police had been tied to 120 different crimes and Governor McNichols ordered 14 officers to march up the steps of the Capitol to be disarmed, relieved of duty and promptly arrested.

Ultimately, 54 present or former police officers were implicated in more than 130 burglaries and 47 Denver police officers were convicted as a result of the investigation.

As Cal had read what she wrote she was taken with the fact that her past, her present and her future continually got confused. It is very apparent in her recollection of Tim and his family but that's ok as that is one thing Belon can learn to adjust in the parellel place. (Don't let anyone fool you all, writing out here on the net is a current thingy similar to a soap on TV I think??? Anyways a rough draft, it ain't....... final cut period, eh?)

The parellel place is much the same as the real world as far as confusion goes. It is however easier to manipulate from that side as Belon and Kai learn together.

I must admit that although I can point it out from here, I've always had difficulty differentiating between the future, the past and the present. I'm always aware as I travel between my realities that I do this and as such can usually address it from the present to the past.

That may be the reason for my total acceptance in the parellel place. It's not something that I find hard to grasp.

The transistion had to begin. Was she going forward to find herself in the future or was she going backwards to find her roots, her soul, herself?

She thought it through and she had to isolate. The hardest part was cutting herself off from him. He wouldn't understand; they had been partners and it would hurt him, of this she was sure. That made it the most difficult decision of her lifetime but it had to be done.

She told him of her love of another. She tried to make it gentle but admitting she had another 'soulmate' wasn't something she knew how to explain. He became Terrible Tommy to her for a while and she regretted the way she had to do it. She tried to explain to him that had it not been for Tommy, she wouldn't have been open to their relationship.

She sent him a few songs and they weren't gentle on his manhood either. One was Meatloaf's 'Two Out of Three Ain't Bad' and the other was Helen Reddy's 'I Don't Know How To Love Him'. She didn't know how to cut the ties and she thought he'd understand but she'd never know. (She'd realize it later when he still supported her and was always around.) She included a couple of her John Lennon faves so as to soften the blows and let him know she really did treasure everything they had.

BTW, Cal's soulmate once told her that if he could be an animal he would be an eagel.......... Cal on the other hand would be a horse.

Once again, she reflected on her previous life and how she felt after Donald had raped her. (I unplugged the phone so I didn't hear when it didn't ring.) It was always very difficult to understand the male ego and trying to keep a balance. How much could a man tolerate? (She once again reflected on her past and her history. She knew that both of her ex's would have preferred her dead than to leave them???????) After all of the history; what could she believe? How far would a man go to protect his 'precious' ego? Would he sabotage her work, would he infiltrate her very existance on the net and would he destroy everything. She knew he was capable of all of it and she had to trust her faith in them and her faith in God to see them through.

The world's mess certainly was example enough for Cal to be cautious on most days but all of that was minimal now as the transistion put a whole new light on the male/female, didn't it?

The transistional phase wasn't to take long but during it no one could see them connecting online and the best way she knew how to do it was to cut it off period. There were after all the hackers that listened and watched everything she did.

She drew up the plans in her mind. The transistion had been going on for a while and it was time to make it happen physically. She had to prepare herself emotionally, spiritually, and physically for it to happen.

Step one was the creation of the physical entities that would represent them on the other side. She was an artist and she was ready to start the creations. In her mind, they were perfect as she painted and drew and made them into their alters.

Belon and Kai began to develop in her mind. Belon was easy and Kai would come into his own as soon as her man was alerted to his existence. She had to get the feel of the parellel universe and then begin the processing.

Cal had been the first to go over. She remembered the process and the colors. The colors were vivid and beautiful but it had been a difficult journey. It was not anything like she had ever experienced before. It had been frightening to experience and it had been draining in every aspect.

She watched from the other side as Rob was processed. This time, it wasn't as frightening for her. It was emotionally painful to see the one she considered her male couterpart experience it though as she could not forwarn him of the outcome nor of the journey to get to the other side.

She stood as Belon when Kai came through the process. He was handsome in his new form. She had absolutely no idea how he looked in the other place but here, he was shockingly handsome. She was taken aback when she saw him as she hadn't considered any physical beings existing here in this place.

Belon knew from her own experience how disoriented she felt when she arrived. She walked over to Kai, or rather floated. This indeed was new to her. She wasn't yet accustomed to this new plane as there didn't seem to be any gravity pulling on her. There only seemed to be thoughts and ideas and now these new forms. They would learn together.

Kai seemed comfortable immediately in the new place. He stared into her eyes and he smiled. He knew already and he was sharing with her in their usual way of communicating. He was sending it through his mind and she was connecting.

Belon smiled and lifted her hand to his. She had waited for years for this, their first touch. Holding his hand was one of the things she had often dreamed about and here it was happening. Kai was connecting with his mind and Belon was in heaven. Could this parrellel be heaven? They would find out together.

Kai squeezed her hand. Their first physical connection and yet even this wasn't real. That made it all the more special as they knew it was their journey and only theirs and it was the beginning of something new and very exciting. It was as if this had been created only for them.

Here in this special place they could touch and not worry. This was their world created by God exclusively for them. This was their 'true' creation. It would be harrowing at times and when they had to transistion back and forth, it could get dangerous. For now though, they were the only ones aware of their new home.

It had always been dangerous in the other realm and it would be no different here. The connectedness would help them to achieve much more on this plane but it would have it's unique difficulties.

Belon's memories of the other place were vivid. She cherished them and when she looked over at Kai she marveled.

Kai only has one physical eye and it seemed natural to Belon. Kai communicated to her that it was his mind's eye. When they were in peril, all she had to do was gaze into that eye and his every thought and deed would tranfer straight into her mind. There were indeed some advantages to this parellel universe stuff of this they were both sure.

Kai gazed around and envisioned the life that they would live here in their new world. It was incredible and he was anxious to begin exploring it.

He already knew of it's existence because of the other side. He hadn't liked much of what he'd experienced there. This view put a whole new perspective on his vision. It gave him ideas that he had not considered over there. After all, the laws of that place didn't apply here.

It would be a very different existence. He didn't have to worry about staying within any boundaries on this side. He knew that the boundaries that existed on the other plane were man-made and then slowly, insidiously planted in earthlings through brainwashing. The psychological brainwashing was perhaps the worse but the RFID chips were equally as monstrous. It all depended on the individual.

Luckily Belon had been the first given the implant during the Roswell incident. (She was to learn much later in life that Al Gore was another that got implanted... She was sure the Tony Coehlo connection between her and Gore was the driving force in her research of Gore.) She didn't know of it until much later in life.

Looking back on her own life she realized she had missed lots of things. For instance her own father and uncle had been implanted. She knew that from the growths on the backs of their necks. Through research she had learned that generationally the implants were positioned in different areas. Hers was on her shoulder and they were from the 40's group of implants. Family tradition took on a whole new meaning to Belon once she understood the plan.

On this side of the plane, Kai was in total and complete control and that meant to him he was able to explore and create on a whim. Here, he was in charge of his own boundaries. If he chose to be a Robin Hood, he could achieve much for the poor of the world. He could choose to be whatever he liked and he could implement it here and it would still impact the lives of the people there. That was apparent after the ClimateGate scandal.

Belon was delighted and felt like she had been selected by her higher power for this assignment. She knew he had chosen Kai as her protector and she knew they were setting on a new path to save the world.

There had been clues along the way even on earth. Once the clues started to appear, it was if the lid had been blown off. The two of them stood side by side and they had indeed accomplished much in their uniqueness. The two of them were like a puzzle that fit perfectly together. They both recognized the accomplishments they had made before the move and now, that could be multiplied exponentially.

The planning had only resided in Belon's mind until now and she wasn't sure except to inquire of Kai what the first step was to be.

Introduction to the other side was the first step. The paintings of Kai and Belon would be introduced online.

The computer geeks were gathered. Taking back the world was to be a financial endeavor done completely by them. It wouldn't be easy but they were the best.

Kai and Belon had come to depend on their online friends to do what needed to be done. This new task wouldn't be easy but with like minded people, there wasn't anything they were afraid to conquer. After all, if not US, who, if not NOW, when?

Of course there were the hackers who infiltrated Cal's life. The harsh reality of that made Cal less trusting but in the long run it made her stronger. The lurkers were still there only to be ignored. Cal had learned to reach out as soon as she knew she was being stalked and usually Rob charged right in to her rescue.

It was amazing when you stopped and thought about it. People from all walks of life were joining together and supporting others.

The deed had to be planned out and done across the world simultaneously. The geeks had to synchronize as there was much at stake. Nothing like this had ever been tried before and it was important that it be done without flaw.

The elite would be taken off guard and the sting would be well publicized. The new currency was in place but first, the power had to be removed from the regime. It would be decided after the control was removed completely if there would be a currency at all later on down the line.

Belon and Kai both pondered a world without the evil ones. What would it be like to have humanity all over the place and people helping people in a world that had never experienced it. The brainwashing in the schools and workplace had seen to that. The competition factor certainly took love out of everything; an example ot that would be the sports arena. Civilization could become truly civilized and that would make Belon's dream a reality.

The Stinger Geeks were positioned and the training was going as smoothly as clockwork.

There was much knowledge in the cyber room. The Stinger Geeks ranged in age from nine to eighty-four. It would have been a sight to behold if they all had been gathered in one physical room. Grandmothers sat in their kitchens chatting with children, bikers sat on their bikes with iPads, actors sat with their phones tweeting, and so on and so forth.

Every nation was represented. A total of four hundred and sixteen geeks were working the plan. They had come together early in 2002 and it is now 2010. The planning stage was all documented. Each geek had his/her own directions. There were a few minor details that had to be ironed out but nothing that would cause major delays once the final implementation was done.

The first of the plan was for the diversions. Now, imagine that. 9/11, the USS Liberty, JFK's assassination........ yadayadayada........ they had all been diversions for the NWO. ........and we had all learned serious lessons from each and every one.

The diversions would be nothing like the tactics the regime had used. There wouldn't be a Hurricane Katrina or a Tsunami. Innocent people would not die from the geeks plan. It appeared by nature to be a small glitch that the banking industry would encounter on the 'due date'. The actual plan was very simple and to everyone's surprise, a twelve year old in Guam had thought it up.

After the financial disaster a few years ago, it wasn't all that hard to envision something big happening. There were so many corrupt elements in the 'system' that a simple plan would be totally overlooked asif it was simply one of the elites plans gone awry.

The oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico was causing a considerable amount of ire. People that weren't paying attention before were seemingly waking up in the midst of this latest crisis.

I want to go back a few years ago to what seems now to be the beginning of the end
for the culprits (I pray it was the beginning of the end.) I say that now because I see so much positive cropping up.

Fading into the past.........

It had all begun quite by accident. A young father in Detroit had gone into his bank on a cold day in January 2002. He was to open a savings account for his son.

When Tim entered the bank, he was shocked at the people in line, there were many. Tim is a salesman at the local bed and bath store and he began his usual sales talk to the closest human to him. He was amazed at the woman's insight into finance. He had started the conversation much the same as he did his sales speech when meeting up with new people.

He was amazed at the woman's knowledge and insight into finance. She appeared to be a normal young woman in her late 20's to early 30's. Normal, NOT, she had a head full of details that he was soon to learn could fill a book. He was very impressed and asked the lady to join him at Starbuck's for coffee. He wanted to pick this young woman's brain for a bit. It wasn't every day that others affected Tim like this and although he had a wonderful wife and three beautiful children at home, it couldn't hurt to sit for a bit and get another person's insight into the world as it exists today.

He was to have his head full by the time he walked out the door that day. He had completely forgotten about the savings account for his son and he headed back to work with much to be digested.

He ran one thought over and over in his mind that the young woman brought to his attention. There were literally millions of people that were contemplating a society without money.

Now you might say, what a thought? BUT, there were people communicating and yes talking straight talk about the horrible shape the world is in. They saw what could happen and they were working on other avenues to set the world right.

If the woman had a true handle on finance, Tim had much to do and he knew it. Not only would there be an instant change in currency but soon afterwards there might be a world without money as we know it.

He wasn't involved in computers except at work. He headed straight away to the local computer store. He had used a laptop a few times at work and was familiar with them so he decided to purchase one. Later, if things went as he planned he might get his wife an iPod and maybe even something for the kids. He would make those decisions later.

He wanted simple and he wanted quick as he had learned much from this intriguing woman that complex didn't have a place in his world when he needed to learn and relearn lots of information.

Tim walked around to the phone section and inquired of the 'young' salesman about tweeting. He picked up two new phones for the older kids and he put them in his basket. As an after thought Tim found another phone for his wife and then plopped one for himself into the basket. They would all have the same phone and that would make it much easier to teach and learn together.

Tim's wife; Christy needed an upgrade anyway and now was as good a time as any. They would all work together as a family and their first project would be the new cell phones. Tim would work with the kids tonight on the phones and get them set up. Christy wouldn't be available until later in the evening as she had her hands full with the baby.

Tim knew he wanted the family to be able to read Ashton Kutcher's tweets as he had heard the lad had over a million fans on Twitter. (hmmmmmmm and to think Twitter had been bought out by the same people that Cal had worked for at Hologix???

Belon now wondered if Twitter had been a hostile takeover as had Hologix. On the other hand, maybe the elites had simply stolen Twitter outright? That thought isn't so hard to get your brain around when you realize the state of Corporate America today.)

Tim had taken notes while talking to Anne. She had given him directions to websites that would help him learn details he would need once the sting was begun.

He would be prepared to implement his knowledge when he got the word.

Anne had advised Tim to work off line. She had shared that he should immediately get his children involved. She reiterated this many times. There were many young minds that picked up on computer jargon like sponges. She continued making suggestions. Supply the children with small tasks but ones that could lead to important knowledge.

Teach the children about search engines. Children's minds were impressionable and hungry for learning. They would do most of the work without even being aware. Make it fun for them and keep their brains stimulated.

Tim was so very impressed with his new friend. He had taken her phone number and he would call her and set up an appointment for her to meet his wife and kids. It would be a good place to start.

Kai and Belon had watched Tim the last few hours from the other side. He would be someone they might be able to work with in the future. They were both impressed with his willingness to communicate. That was key in solving the problems of the world.

In looking back at Cal's life, Belon pondered Cal always being struck when politicians insisted 'they' wouldn't talk to their enemies?????? What's up with that? How in the world could a war be stopped if the two warring countries didn't talk? OMG!!

Cal had thought long and hard of going on the road and teaching but for now the parellel universe environment seemed to be her best bet. Belon was the answer to lots of questions lingering in Cal and Belon's united mind.

The new television was an answer to at least two of her questions. The TV was set up to be the monitor for a computer. The huge sectional couch in the living room made a physical classroom a whole new possibility. (Maybe, just maybe Cal could have some of the neighbors over?????) and maybe, just maybe it would be easier for Cal to get the g'kids to sit in front of a TV and learn good things and not those silly games that they so loved on the net. hmmmmmmmmm

The whole concept of having neighbors over was a challenge. The whole neighborhood was mostly military and that could be an issue with the topics that Cal would teach. On the other hand, what the hell; if not now, when??? and if not me, who???

Belon acquired new memories that had long been in Cal's past when she came into being......... or should I say re-newed memories? She reminenced back to the Chowchilla kidnapping and how that had impacted Cal's life.

That incident alone probably wouldn't have been enough to cause Cal's split in personalities. Along with all the other things that happened in California and even the Kent State incident made it almost impossible for Cal to stay connected in a the world as we know it today. She fought long and hard along the way but 'the way' seemed to be her whole life.

Belon was aware of Brook's and Dunn's 'Indian Summer' and the references to both Chowchilla and to Dos Palos sent her heart racing saying nothing of what it did to Cal on the other side.

All in all, Belon knew there were far too many coincidences for them all to have happened. It was the connection and it was the chip and it was the Roswell incident. If Cal wasn't an alien after all, the chip and Roswell incident were certainly the only other answer, eh?
